The front desk employees were rude and unaccommodating. Upon check-in, I quickly realized I had made a mistake.
I stayed in the new all-suites tower days after it opened & had a stellar experience. I was looking online for decent accommodations and booked the Hard Rock, due to my experience at the location in Vegas.
